I have been using Bid Rank Overture for over 2 years now. Bid Rank has lowered my average cost per click by about 10% while simultaneously maintaining my desired rank on Overture (Yahoo) and Google. I recently signed up for Bid Rank Plus and with the savings I realized on Google AdWords alone I calculated that Bid Rank Plus had paid for itself in one day. Any serious web marketer not using Bid Rank is simply at a competitive disadvantage and certainly paying more than necessary to achieve the desired rank. Having Bid Rank is like having a dedicated employee pouring over my bids 24 hours a day. After doing research I found that Bid Rank's pricing is the best in their market and that their stand-alone application is much better and easier to use than the web-based applications of their competitors. As an advertiser who spends more than $25,000 a month on PPC engines, I use very sophisticated algorithms to manage my account. I built my own Overture approved bidding system from scratch because I didn't believe there was a product out there that could provide the level of management I needed. I quickly grew tired of Overture's constant back-end changes that would render my software useless overnight. After buying and experimenting with every one of BidRank's competitors, I found that BidRank's software was the only one that provided me with the ease of use and reliability I was looking for.

Today I use BidRank exclusively, although I still own licenses to many of BidRank's competitors. I often receive emails from those competitors regarding the fact that their system is down for one reason or another and 'will be back up in a few days'. Here's the dilemma... We love your software, but we don't want anyone else to know about it. It's kind of like telling your neighbor about the great babysitter you use. Pretty soon your friend is hiring your babysitter and she's not available for you anymore.

Perhaps that could be a marketing angle... our software is so good our customers buy it secretly so their competitors don't find out about it... or something along those lines.

Thank you for your amazingly fast support email. When I use support forms and email, I usually get an answer two or three days out. In the automated PPC bidding arena, this can be disastrous. Thanks for a great product that makes my life a lot easier, and support that helps keep me sane!

Your system has made the pay per clicks work for me so much better. I started with GoToast, after using your service I found that BidRank is far superior. Why? If you have a lot of keywords (and I do), GoToast is exceedingly slow and painful. It actually takes more time and effort than using no service at all and doing everything manually. From my experience, I am firmly convinced that your product has the potential to dominate the market. I love it.

Rarely does a program meet the expectations of a user. BidRank exceeded all my expectations. The small investment was recouped the same day it was installed. The program is simple to use, delivers on all its promises and runs unattended for days at a time. It took very little time to let BidRank take over my bidding tasks on Overture, saving me money, optimizing my bids, and creating time for me.

BidRank paid for itself within the first couple of weeks. It's like having an extra full-time employee without the added payroll. Owning the program is a huge advantage over those "subscription" services and your customer/product support is outstanding.

I have utilized BidRank software for the last two years to help me manage my pay-per-click listings and cost. The program is easy to use and very flexible, allowing me to maintain whatever ranking position I prefer at the minimum cost to maintain the position. In the case of my company, our objective is to have our search terms remain in the top position or at least in one of the top three positions so that the search term will have the most exposure. This software program does that automatically in the background.

I have found the customer service to be absolutely superb. In my experience inquiries by email have always been answered within hours of being sent and sometimes the email response occurs within minutes. I actually had an occasion where I was having a problem on Thanksgiving day and wrote an email expecting an answer the next business day. Much to my happy surprise I received an email within a short time on Thanksgiving because someone was in the office and my questions were answered! I know it is not their policy to be open on major holidays but I was delighted to see that if someone happened to be in the office on the holiday they care enough about their customers to help them as soon as possible.

Another aspect of their outstanding customer service is the excellent communication they provide when search engines change their requirements or are having trouble with their servers. For example, prior to 2003 Overture had no limits on the number of times a bid could be changed during a 24-hour period but when limits became effective early in 2003 BidRank was quick to point out the new rules and how to work with them to your best advantage.

One of the money-saving features of the software is what Bidrank calls Gap Surfing. You will notice that quite often a large gap will develop between positions and BidRank will exploit that gap to save money. For example if the #1 bid is $1.00 and the #2 bid is $.75 and the # 3 bid is $.74 and you want your bid to be in top three, the Gap Surfing routine will automatically place your bid at $.76 and position your search term #2 saving you $.24 per click as compared to the first place position.

The BidRank software is easy to work with, simple to set up and maintain. BidRank offers a trial period so you can try the software out for yourself. I checked out a number of competing products that managed bidding in various ways. I found BidRank to be the most straight forward, the most reasonably priced and it offered the most flexibility of all.
